    The Challenge

    N Company faced significant operational hurdles with their existing vacuum system due to the harsh nature of VD/VOD processes. The primary pain points included:

      Persistent fine dust bypasses conventional filters, leading to pump wear.

    • Corrosion Issues

      Moisture from refractory materials creates acidic condensate (pH 3), causing severe durability problems.

    • High Production Risk

      24/7 continuous operation meant that any pump failure resulted in immediate and costly production downtime.

    • Energy Inefficiency

      Difficulties in optimizing energy consumption during repetitive pump-down cycles.

    The NEWSCO-SVC Solution

    We proposed a customized, modular 3-stage vacuum system designed to withstand dust and acidic environments while maximizing energy efficiency through VFD logic.

    • 01 Powerful Multi-Stage Performance :

      1st Stage Roots : 44,000–47,000 m³/h

      2nd Stage Roots : 12,000 m³/h

      3rd Stage Dry Screw : 3,000 m³/h

      Total suction capacity reaches 36,000–40,000 m³/h at 0.67 mbar, perfectly matching low-pressure VD/VOD requirements (0.4–0.8 hPa).

    • 02 Enhanced Protection :

      Implementation of a 30μm suction filter post-bag filter and an Inlet Purge system to protect internal pump components from residue.

      VFD control logic tailored to the client's specific VD/VOD cycles for optimized operation.
