    Liquid Ring Vacuum Technology for Stable Vacuum Performance

    NEWSCO liquid ring vacuum pumps operate on the liquid ring principle to generate stable vacuum performance and effectively handle water vapor, condensable gases, and a variety of process gases. With a simple design and high operational reliability, they are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, food, pharmaceutical, and other industrial applications.


    Non-Contact Compression Design for Reliable Continuous Operation

    The rotating impeller forms a liquid ring that performs compression and discharge. This non-contact compression design minimizes internal friction, vibration, and noise, providing stable performance during long-term continuous operation. It also ensures reliable operation in processes involving moisture-laden gases or condensable vapors.


    Customized Seal Liquid Systems for Optimized Efficiency

    Depending on process characteristics, various seal liquid system configurations can be applied, including Total Loss, Partial Recovery, and Once-Through systems. SVC provides optimized system configurations tailored to operating conditions and customer requirements, helping reduce seal liquid consumption and improve operating efficiency.

    A wide range of material options, including Stainless Steel and Duplex Stainless Steel, as well as various shaft seal arrangements, are available for corrosive or high-humidity process conditions.
