At the heart of our technology is a unique screw profile and a hybrid screw design featuring an engineered combination of variable pitches. Compared to traditional designs, this significantly increases compression efficiency, resulting in faster, smoother pumping. Our precision machining and balanced assembly of timing gears and bearings allow for non-seized rotation of the screws without any lubricants between the screws and the stator. This ensures a 100% oil-free and well-sealed vacuum environment within the pumping chamber.
Engineered for Operational Excellence
The Screwstar series incorporates a specialty hydrodynamic spiral jacket cooling mechanism, effectively managing the generation of heat for safe pumping, particularly at the discharge. This design, inherently compliant with ATEX directives, not only reduces electrical consumption but also ensures sufficient pumping speed from atmosphere to its ultimate vacuum.
