NEWSCO Vacuum / SVC (www.screwvacuum.com) is scheduled to install an additional high-precision 5-axis CNC screw machining center in August.

 

With the new equipment, the company will operate a total of three dedicated screw machining systems, increasing its annual screw production capacity from the current maximum of approximately 180 units to around 300 units per year.

The newly introduced machine features simultaneous 5-axis control, enabling highly precise machining of complex curved surfaces and helical profiles. It also incorporates advanced thermal displacement compensation and a high-rigidity machine structure, contributing to greater machining accuracy and dimensional stability.

These capabilities are expected to further enhance the precision and consistency of SVC screw manufacturing, strengthening the company’s competitiveness in key areas of dry screw vacuum pump technology, including ultra-precise clearance control, operational reliability, and long-term durability.

The expanded production capacity will also enable NEWSCO Vacuum / SVC to respond more quickly and efficiently to growing demand for large-capacity dry screw vacuum pumps, particularly for large-volume orders from customers in the United States and China.

Meanwhile, NEWSCO Vacuum / SVC continues to secure orders for dry vacuum pumps used in VRU (Vapor Recovery Unit) applications in the U.S. market. The company has also recently received substantial new orders from emerging industrial sectors in China.

At the same time, exports to the European chemical industry continue to grow steadily, further strengthening NEWSCO Vacuum / SVC’s presence in the global vacuum technology market.
